Although State Secretary Tone Rop claims the process of privatization in Slovenia develops too slowly, investment companies got into an awful hurry. Long intervals between auctions, when these companies get the chance to exchange ownership vouchers for shares of companies, present great burdens to their business budgets. Obviously, only a few of the investment companies manage to find share buyers who would be prepared to pay a multiplied nominal value of shares, Irena Ferluga writes in Večer's commentary Wednesday, adding, the third auction shows how some funds orientate.
