Govt Adopts Decree on GM Corn

Ljubljana, 11 February - The cabinet adopted Thursday regulations permitting the production of genetically modified corn in Slovenia. Under the decrees, Slovenian farmers will be allowed to grow MON810 corn, which has been approved by the EU.
