Ponzi Scheme Organisers Sentenced to Five Years
Maribor, 22 February - The Maribor Court sentenced on Monday to five years each the two owners of the Zdenex company, through which they defrauded investors of some EUR 7.4m with a Ponzi scheme. Manica and Marjan Care were were found guilty of abuse of office and obtaining illegal gains.
