Report: Ministry Buying Humvees without Public Tender
Ljubljana, 24 February - Daily Dnevnik writes on Wednesday that Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic is buying a dozen US High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (Humvees), worth EUR 2.2m, without a public tender or call for bids. The minister has completely ignored the competition on the market, the paper adds.
