Vecer Says Minority in Italy Political, Not Economic Issue

Maribor, 26 February - Daily Vecer comments on Friday on Silvio Berlusconi's decree that restores EUR 1m in funding for the Slovenian minority in Italy, arguing that one cannot get rid of the impression that the continuous problems of the minority are not about economy but foremost about politics.
