Trieste Province Introduces Use of Slovenian in New Statute

Trieste, 4 March - The council of the Province of Trieste endorsed on Wednesday a new statute stating that the province should acknowledge the cultural, linguistic and religious differences on its territory, and recognise and protect the right to use the Slovenian language.
