Dismissed Chief Justice not Seeking His Job Back

Ljubljana, 5 March - Judge Andrej Baraga will not try to get his post back after the Judicial Council dismissed him on Thursday as president of the Ljubljana District Court over his ordering of the phone records of a judge at the court.
