Committee for International Relations Interrupts Discussion on Talks with Croatia
Ljubljana, 17 July - The committee for international relations to the Slovene parliament listened to the report of head of the Slovene part of the bilateral diplomatic commission for state border between Slovenia and Croatia, Dr Iztok Simonitti, at its session on Monday. After the presentation, the parliamentarians interrupted the discussion on this issue due to the absence of Minister of Foreign Affairs Zoran Thaler. The presence of foreign minister in this discussion is indispensable, according to members of the committee, since a number of political issues is dealt with, which cannot be answered by Dr Simonitti as an expert.
