Ex-Foreign Minister Facing Sanctions over Writing

Ljubljana, 11 March - Former Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has come under fire for an essay highly critical of the government and the president in which he alleges that Slovenia has been unable to break with its Communist past. Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar is considering sanctions against Rupel, the ministry's employee.
