EU Threatens to Freeze Slovenia's Railway Cohesion Funds

Brussels, 11 March - The European Commission might freeze cohesion funds earmarked to Slovenia for railways over its failure to implement an EU legislative package on railways. Slovenian Transport Minister Patrick Vlacic on Thursday discussed the issue with Transport Commissioner Siim Kallas, who promised Slovenia would get fair treatment.
