Ecotourism Answer for Crisis, Tourism Boss Says

Ljubljana, 16 March - The country's top tourism official believes that ecotourism is the answer to the downturn in the sector brought on by the economic crisis. "The future is green, the future is ecotourism," Dimitrij Piciga, confident that tourism could expand to represent as much as 15% of Slovenia's GDP in the future, said in an interview with STA.
