Employers Want 30-Day Notice Period, Lower Severance Pay
Ljubljana, 17 March - Slovenian employers reiterated on Wednesday that the labour market reform planned by the Labour Ministry was insufficient, they want more radical and quicker changes. Joze Smole, head of the Employers' Association, told the press they would propose a notice period of 30 days and severance reaching a maximum of three monthly salaries.
