Spanish FM Joins List of W Balkans Conference Cancellations
Brussels, 19 March - Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos will not be attending the Western Balkans Conference in Slovenia on Saturday, the Spanish Foreign Ministry told STA on Friday. Moratinos's cancellation follows those of EU president Herman Van Rompuy and Serbian President Boris Tadic.
