Delo: Constitutional Court Gives Green Light to Border Accord

Ljubljana, 20 March - The Slovenian Constitutional Court decided in a split 5:4 vote that the border arbitration agreement between Slovenia and Croatia is in line with the Constitution, which paves the way for ratification in parliament, Delo reports Saturday quoting unnamed sources.
