Vecer Says Health Care Reform Obama's First Real Victory

Maribor, 23 March - US President Barack Obama achieved his first real political victory as Congress passed the health reform, daily Vecer says on Tuesday. It is however interesting that he is fulfiling the promise which seemed the least likely to succeed. This victory might help him to another four years in the White House.
