Zbogar Says EU's Foreign Service Should Have over 800 Members
Brussels, 23 March - Pending a decision of the EU's foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton on the formation of the bloc's foreign service, which sources say should have some 800 members, Slovenian FM Samuel Zbogar said the number was "absolutely too small for a serious representation of the EU abroad".
