Law Expert Says Two-Thirds Majority Desirable for Arbitration Accord

Ljubljana, 23 March - The Constitutional Court refrained from deciding on whether the border arbitration agreement should be confirmed in parliament with a two-thirds majority, but between the lines it has suggested just that, a legal expert said Tuesday.
