Legal Expert: Constitutional Court's Decision "Paradoxical"

Ljubljana, 26 March - The Constitutional Court's decision on the border arbitration agreement between Slovenia and Croatia is "unacceptable and paradoxical", constitutional law expert Miro Cerar told Friday's daily Delo. He believes the court has passed a part of the responsibility on to politicians, who will in turn slip it to the citizens.
