Port Operator to File Lawsuits Against Ex Management

Koper, 26 March - The shareholders of state-owned port operator Luka Koper confirmed a motion to sue the former management of the company over a number of allegedly dodgy deals at a general assembly held on Friday. The shareholders also tasked the management to seek the expansion of the audit to four other deals.
