Constitutional Court Head Says Slovenia Entitled to Contact with Open Seas

Maribor, 27 March - President of the Constitutional Court Joze Tratnik reiterated a position that Slovenia is entitled to contact with the open seas as he explained for Saturday's edition of daily Vecer the court's Tuesday decision that the Slovenia-Croatia border arbitration agreement was in line with the Constitution.
