Paper Fears Response to Moscow Attacks Will Not Be Targeted

Maribor, 30 March - Daily Vecer warns in its commentary on Tuesday that the response of countries to terrorist attacks on their soil are no longer surgical operations that weed out terrorist cells but are mass scale attacks that cause extensive collateral damage. It says this creates a vicious circle of attacks and counter-attacks.
