Dnevnik Welcomes New Nuclear Treaty

Ljubljana, 8 April - The new strategic nuclear weapons pact is the first step in fresh attempts to reduce the possibility of emergence of new nuclear powers, daily Dnevnik says in Friday's commentary in reference to the treaty signed by US President Barack Obmama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
