868,271 of Active Population in May

In this May, there were 868,271 active population in Slovenia, of which 413,330 were female and 454,941 male. In May, Slovenia registered 116,349 unemployed people, of which 53,889 were female. There were 13,870 free working posts at disposal in May, while 8013 new posts were taken, reported the National Statistic Office.
