Maritime Law Expert Says Border Deal Bad for Slovenia

Ljubljana, 3 May - Maritime law expert Marko Pavliha has told Monday's supplement of daily Delo that the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration treaty, which is to be put to a referendum on 6 June, is bad for Slovenia as it is only a procedural document establishing the way the arbitral tribunal will determine the border.
