Daily Blasts Decision for Referendum on Ratification Agreement

Koper, 4 May - Regional daily Primorske novice blasts on Tuesday the deputies' decision to call a referendum on ratification of Slovenia's border arbitration agreement with Croatia. It wonders how laymen should be able to decide on an issue on which even experts cannot agree, but says that it will be a great political indicator ahead of local elections.
