Bucar Says Slovenians Should Be Firm on Border Issue

Ljubljana, 15 May - When setting the border in 1991, Slovenia should have made an agreement on it with Croatians, France Bucar, the speaker of the first Slovenian multi-party parliament implied in an interview with Saturday's daily Dnevnik. In that case no arbitration would be necessary to determine the border now, he hinted.
