Expert Says Treaty Gives Slovenia Legal Basis for Argument

Ljubljana, 15 May - By rejecting the border arbitration treaty with Croatia, Slovenia would lose the only legal basis for determining its junction to high sea which is accepted also in the international community, lecturer at the Faculty of Social Sciences Milan Brglez argues in Saturday's daily Dnevnik.
