Maribor, 25 May - Daily Vecer warns on Tuesday that tertiary health care in Slovenia is facing funding cuts, a day after the Ljubljana UKC hospital announced that its doctors performed a first in Slovenia, successfully transplanting a man's heart and kidney at the same time.
