Fmr President Critical of "Noise" over Arbitration

Ljubljana, 26 May - Slovenia' first president, Milan Kucan, will vote for the border arbitration treaty in the 6 June referendum. He is not surprised by the intensity of the clash over the treaty, but is highly critical of the opposition Democrats (SDS), who he says are not faithful to their own positions.
