Prices of Second-Hand Flats Down 3% in Q1
Ljubljana, 27 May - Prices of second-hand apartments dropped by 3.1% in the first quarter of 2010 compared to the last quarter of 2009. Prices were only down in the capital of Ljubljana, the Statistics Office reported on Thursday.
