Former FM Says Arbitration Treaty Act of Capitulation
Ljubljana, 1 June - Former Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said at a panel sponsored by the opposition Democrats (SDS) that the Slovenia-Croatian arbitration treaty was an act of capitulation and a concession to Croatia, calling on the voters to reject it in the 6 June referendum.
