Former ICJ President Says Arbitration Agreement Good for Slovenia
Washington, 2 June - Stephen Schwebel, former president of the International Court of Justice (ICJ), told the STA on Wednesday that it is impossible to predict the outcome of the Slovenian-Croatian border arbitration, but that the arbitration agreement is "excellent" for Slovenia, as it combines international law, equity and good neighbourly relations.
