Maribor, 11 June - Daily Vecer says on Friday that the Football World Cup will be a diabolic test, not only for South Africa, but for the entire continent. The International Football Federation (FIFA) handed over its well-oiled machine to Africa for a risky experiment in which the continent will try to prove that it can host such big events.
