Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler, performing the duty of a foreign minister for the past half year, in an interview for STA spoke about Slovene foreign policy activities in the past period which was marked mainly by active contacts with the neighbouring countries and continuing efforts of Slovenia in approaching the European Union. The interview centered also on the main tasks in the approaching diplomatic autumn, near-by new appointments of Slovene ambassadors, and budget problems of the Slovene diplomacy.
