Conference: Elderly Need Advocate to Defend Their Rights

Ljubljana, 14 June - A conference on elder abuse heard on Monday that the elderly needed an advocate to protect their rights. Head of the Pensioners' Association Mateja Kozuh Novak told the event ahead of 15 June, World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, that especially in time when children and grandchildren were in distress elder abuse was more frequent.
