Catholic Charity Urges Govt for Aid
Ljubljana, 24 June - Slovenian Caritas statistics show that the number of people asking for help increased by 41% in 2009 over 2008 due to recession, chiefly as a result of a rise in unemployment. Its Secretary-General Imre Jerebic hopes that just like last year, the government will contribute funds to help the people in need.
