Electricity Demands in July Amounted to 779.6 Million KwH

Total electricity demand of Slovene power system in July was 779.6 million kwh, which is by 3.4 percent more than in July, 1994. Slovene power plants produced 746.3 million kwh, while imported electricity amounted to 33.3 million kwh, reported the company Elektro Slovenija (ELES). The electricity demand in the first seven months of this year was 5716.2 million kwh, which is by 2.6 more than in the same period last year, with Slovene power plants producing 5322.6 million kwh, whereas 393.6 million kwh of electricity was imported.
