Istrabenz Sells Food Company to Croatia's Atlantic Grupa
Koper, 1 July - The insolvent Istrabenz holding has sold its food subsidiary Droga Kolinska to Croatian company Atlantic Grupa in a deal reportedly valued at around EUR 240m as part of efforts to cut its debts.
