Tratnik: Constitutional Court Successful but Overloaded

Ljubljana, 7 July - President of the Constitutional Court Joze Tratnik labelled the work of Slovenia's highest court as successful as he presented the 2009 annual report in Ljubljana on Wednesday. He noted however that its caseload "reached a critical point" and called for constitutional changes.
