Butchers' Bridge Completes 100-Year-Old Ljubljana Market Plans
Ljubljana, 10 July - Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic opened on Saturday a new footbridge connecting the Ljubljana market with the other side of the Ljubljanica river. The construction of the Butchers' Bridge completed plans of Joze Plecnik, the architect who built the Ljubljana market, from nearly a century ago.
