Strasbourg Court Says Erased Issue Not Resolved

Strasbourg/Ljubljana, 13 July - The European Court of Human Rights has ruled that Slovenian authorities have still not implemented relevant Constitutional Court rulings on the erased or redressed the injustice done to some 26,000 nationals of former Yugoslav republics who were deleted from the permanent residence register in 1992.
