Chief Prosecutor: Top Court's Decision Upholds Prosecution's Independence

Ljubljana, 16 July - State Prosecutor General Barbara Brezigar believes that by issuing a stay of an article of the prosecution service act which forms the basis for controversial instructions for prosecutors, the Constitutional Court has upheld the independence of the state prosecution service.
