Luka Koper to Expand Management to Five Members

Koper, 19 July - Shareholders at port operator Luka Koper backed the proposal for the change of the statute by state-run KAD and SOD funds to enlarge the management by one member to five, which will however enter into force in a year. They also voted against discharge of the former management led by Robert Casar.
