Ex-Bosses Charged Over Failed MBOs

Ljubljana, 20 July - The former bosses of Istrabenz and Pivovarna Lasko, Igor Bavcar and Bosko Srot, are among nine individuals and six companies charged by the state prosecution of multiple counts of abuse of office, money laundering, forgery and market manipulation related to the management buyouts of their former companies, Delo reported on Tuesday.
