Slovenia Hopes ICJ Opinion Will Improve Serbia-Kosovo Relations

Ljubljana, 22 July - The Slovenian Foreign Ministry on Thursday welcomed the opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that Kosovo's declaration of independence was legal, saying it was a step which would enable a positive shift in the relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
