Vecer Says Kosovo and Serbia Should Now Start Talks

Maribor, 23 July - Daily Vecer says in Friday's commentary that the opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that Kosovo's declaration of independence was legal, only returns the issue between Kosovo and Serbia to the starting point.
