Ljubljana, 23 July - The opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Kosovo's independence is no doubt painful for Serbs, for it gives Kosovo international legitimacy and Belgrade will no longer be able to use the pending decision as an excuse to avoid any contact with Kosovo officials, Delo comments on Friday.
