Law Expert: Serbia, Kosovo to Interpret ICJ Opinion Differently

Ljubljana, 23 July - International law expert Milan Brglez has commented on the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) that Kosovo's declaration of independence in 2008 was not illegal, noting that Serbia and Kosovo will now fight over what they believe is the "right" interpretation of the opinion.
