Education Funds Top 5% of Slovenia's GDP in 2008

Ljubljana, 25 July - Education funds in Slovenia topped EUR 2bn in Slovenia in 2008, reaching 5.5.% of GDP, according to the Statistics Office. Nearly the entire sum, EUR 1.938bn, amounting to EUR 5.2% of GDP, came from the national budget.
