President Kučan Addresses Official Opening of 22nd International Council Meeting of Amnesty International

Addressing the opening ceremony of the 22nd International Council Meeting of Amnesty International (AI) Saturday in Ljubljana, Slovene President Milan Kučan said he was pleased that Slovene capital had been chosen as the venue for a meeting of this prestigious international organization for human rights protection. The IC Meeting of AI is held from 10 to 20 August in Ljubljana.
